Guest Readers Wanted!
Today our very first parent reader shared 2 wonderful stories with our Multiage family. Colossal Brain Cole's mom read one about the famous Jackie Robinson & another about the word "Please". We loved both of them! Cole's mom is very nice & we hope that she can come again to share more great stories with us. We love for parents to come and read to us! We are a good audience. THANK YOU MRS. M for coming & reading to us!!! Parents if you are interested in reading a story to us, please contact Mrs. J or click below and leave us a short message letting us know that you are interested. Mrs. J wants you to know that she is very excited about meeting with each of you on parent/teacher conferences.

1 More Makes For A Happy 19!
Last week we welcomed a new student from North Carolina. She is a wonderful young lady! She immediately fit right in with my other 18 students. I am very proud of the way they have taken her in & helped her feel a part of our multiage family. We had a "family meeting" on Wednesday afternoon to come up with a special classroom name for Holly. After combing the dictionary for H names, together with Holly they picked "Heavenly". It fits her to a T, Heavenly Holly! Heavenly Holly's dad has recently deployed to Iraq with the Marines. The multiagers wanted to give her dad & his marine company a big HELLO across the ocean. We hope Holly & her mom enjoy living in T-Quah!

Seeing The World Through Buddy Bear's Eyes
Buddy is our classroom bear. He was given to Mrs. J as a Valentine present in 1993 by a very special student Ryan Humphrey. He started going home on weekends with her student's & began traveling the world. He has been to many exciting homes & places. He has met every child that Mrs. Jones has ever taught. He has been to birthday parties, class trips, trips to different states & countries, sat on the Great Wall of China, & met Micky Mouse! He is currently 15 years old. We will be documenting his trips below.
