A PEEK AT THE FINAL 5 DAYS!
Our final 5 days will be devoted to FUN! We will be going through our things, painting, drawing, playing educational games, sharing memories, making a memory book, and just enjoy being together!!!! What a busy and wonderful year we’ve had! It just seems like yesterday was the Summer Social and now the year is ending. This week will complete sixteen years of teaching for me. This year been one of my very favorites! Everyone grew leaps and bounds educationally, socially, and physically! This year they talked out their problems & came together during “trying” moments. With summer comes joy and sorrow. Joy for the break and sorrow in the sense of having to say good-bye to some my Multiage students, who will be moving on. I tear up just thinking about them leaving but know they are ready to “fly”: Ana, Braden, Bradyn, Brianne, Hayley, Jade, Jax, Seth, Tate, Taylor, Yuliana. Each one of you are unique & Mrs. Jones loves each one of you so much! It is like we always say, once you are a part of our Multiage Family, you are always a part. Also, Holly’s dad returns from his tour in Iraq this week!!! Her family will be moving to a base in Georgia next month. We want to wish them well! Next year we will add several new faces to the Multiage. I am also excited about our returning members. They are each special children who Mrs. Jones loves too! Have a safe summer everyone, I love you all & will see you in August! Thank You! Deena Jones

Seeing The World Through Buddy Bear's Eyes
Buddy is our classroom bear. He was given to Mrs. J as a Valentine present in 1993 by a very special student Ryan Humphrey. He started going home on weekends with her student's & began traveling the world. He has been to many exciting homes & places. He has met every child that Mrs. Jones has ever taught. He has been to birthday parties, class trips, trips to different states & countries, sat on the Great Wall of China, & met Micky Mouse! He is currently 15 years old. We will be documenting his trips below.

Thank you so much for being such a great teacher to my Hayley and all the other children. We will miss you dearly next year. You have been our favorite teacher by far. Keep up the excellent work. Hayley has learned by leaps and bounds all thanks to you. We wish you the best of luck in the future.
