Who says math isn't fun? This week in math we talked about estimation & measurement. Mrs. J brought the ingredients for us to make cinnamon pumpkin muffins. We made them last year & loved them. We knew the new students would too. To make these you only need three things: a yellow cake mix, pumpkin, & cinnamon chips. We put the ingredients in a bowl & everyone took a turn stirring the batter. It took a lot of stirring! Mrs. J poured the batter into muffin pans for us. The cooks in the cafeteria baked them for us. We gobbled them up right after they came out of the oven. They tasted so YUM, YUM, YUMMY!!!! We wanted to share the recipe with our families. Mrs. J says they are full of fiber & good for us. They can be eaten as a snack or for breakfast.
