This week we will finish up our unit on fire safety. We will have a visit from the Tahlequah Fire Department on Monday. They will be bringing a fire truck with emergency equipment plus their Smoke Trailer. The Smoke Trailer gives the students first hand training on getting out of rooms that contains smoke. During math we will be working on fractions and addition. We will have breakfast with our dad's on Tuesday and breakfast with our mom's on Wednesday. We will welcome our new intern Mr. Barlow on Tuesday. This will be his first interning experience. He will be with us every Tuesday for the next nine weeks. We will finish off the week with another Mystery Reader. I hope you have a wonderful week! Feel free to contact me anytime you have questions or concerns about your child :).

Seeing The World Through Buddy Bear's Eyes
Buddy is our classroom bear. He was given to Mrs. J as a Valentine present in 1993 by a very special student Ryan Humphrey. He started going home on weekends with her student's & began traveling the world. He has been to many exciting homes & places. He has met every child that Mrs. Jones has ever taught. He has been to birthday parties, class trips, trips to different states & countries, sat on the Great Wall of China, & met Micky Mouse! He is currently 15 years old. We will be documenting his trips below.
