Will a bar magnet attract a paper clip through a plastic cup?
YES IT WILL!
Will a magnet wand attract a paper clip through a piece of paper & a tissue? Yes it will!
Will a magnet wand move a magnet marble through a 1 inch table? Yes it will!
Will a magnet wand move a magnet ball through a chapter book? Yes it will!
Will a magnet want attract a paper clip through a plastic cup & a book? Yes it will!
Will a magnet wand move a magnet ball inside of a plastic cup if the cup is a top a tissue, piece of paper, 2 small books, & one chapter book? Yes it will! What if you then stick the magnet wand under a 1 inch table? YES IT WILL! Wow!
We learned so much by exploring magnets. They can attract or repel, magnetize other things or become demagnetize! Bar Magnets have a North & South pole. N & N repel, S & S repel, N & S attract.
Buddy is our classroom bear. He was given to Mrs. J as a Valentine present in 1993 by a very special student Ryan Humphrey. He started going home on weekends with her student's & began traveling the world. He has been to many exciting homes & places. He has met every child that Mrs. Jones has ever taught. He has been to birthday parties, class trips, trips to different states & countries, sat on the Great Wall of China, & met Micky Mouse! He is currently 15 years old. We will be documenting his trips below.
