ZOO FIEILD TRIP RESCEDULED
10-15-08 UPDATE!!!! ZOO TRIP RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24TH.
We are headed to the Tulsa Zoo on Friday, October 24th! We will leave promptly at 8:25 & return 2:45. It is going to be so fun!!! The class t-shirts are in and I will pass them out on the morning of the fieldtrip. Please have your child dress according to the weather, jacket or sweatshirt if it is cool. Students will need to wear tennis shoes because we will be doing a lot of walking! Students may bring money for a snack or to purchase something from the Zoo Gift Shop. If you are planning on sending your child's lunch please remember to send it in a paper sack. We do not want to leave a lunch box at the zoo. If your child ordered a school lunch I will have it ready for them to take to the zoo. School lunches will be peanut butter and jelly, chips, & an apple. Last time we visited the zoo it was late March and it lightly snowed the whole day but was a fun time. Some of you with Multiagers from that year will remember that trip. Keep your fingers crossed for pretty fall weather, I know that I am :) Questions about the trip? Feel free to contact me.

Seeing The World Through Buddy Bear's Eyes
Buddy is our classroom bear. He was given to Mrs. J as a Valentine present in 1993 by a very special student Ryan Humphrey. He started going home on weekends with her student's & began traveling the world. He has been to many exciting homes & places. He has met every child that Mrs. Jones has ever taught. He has been to birthday parties, class trips, trips to different states & countries, sat on the Great Wall of China, & met Micky Mouse! He is currently 15 years old. We will be documenting his trips below.
